The Mission of the CMC Fitness Studio™ Remote Contest Prep Service is to provide contest preparation services to men and women desiring to participate in National Physique Committee (NPC) or International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness (IFBB) sanction competitions that do not live in the Anchorage, Alaska area.  

ONE ON ONE REMOTE VIDEO POSING SESSIONS

Posing sessions can be purchased by anyone, membership is not required.  If you need diet coaching,  training plan development or other contest prep coaching services, look at Full Contest Prep Membership below.

-Initial Training Plan

-Initial Cardio Plan Development

$145.00 Per Month Includes:

Frequent progress assessments via photo and video

Resistance training feedback via video

Monthly live video posing coaching sessions

Eligibility to purchase additional video posing sessions when needed
