Nutrition 101 - Abs Are Made In The Kitchen

We've been helping people change their body composition through nutrition and exercise for over eighteen years now and we've learned a lot along the way.  Although we provide simple, easy to follow meal plans, people often struggle understanding what goes into developing their plan and struggle with taking ownership of their it order to stick to it for the long term.

In this class we will give you the understanding you need to make your meal plan your own and successfully change your health and body composition.  Among other things, topics will include:

Understanding macronutrients and calculating them

Reading nutrition labels

Avoiding food label pitfalls

What to look for in spices and seasonings

How different nutrients affect your hormones

Of course, we will also answer any questions you may have.
